Welcome to Dio Mio
Opened in 2016 in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood, Dio Mio is a casual Italian restaurant offering fresh pasta, creative share plates, and tasty drinks. Chefs Spencer White and Alex Figura drew on their fine-dining backgrounds to create a concept that blends traditional Italian and contemporary dishes in a relaxed, approachable environment. The pair’s vision is executed by a great team led by Chef Cheyenne Langis.

JOIN OUR PASTA CLUB!
Experience Dio Mio at home with our exclusive monthly Pasta Club! Each month, Chef Peter McTiernan will curate different handmade, fresh pasta kits, which come with everything you need to prepare your own Dio Mio dish, including sauces, garnishes, simple cooking instructions, as well as a fresh salad and our famous focaccia.
