Welcome to Dio Mio
Opened in 2016 in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood, Dio Mio is a fast-casual restaurant offering fresh pasta, creative share plates, and tasty drinks. Chefs Spencer White and Alex Figura used their fine dining backgrounds to create a concept that features a mix of traditional Italian and contemporary food in a relaxed and approachable environment. The pair’s vision is executed by a great team led by Chefs Cheyenne Langis.
The Food
Our menu is constantly rotating, but you can always count on a few traditional Italian items and mix of experimental dishes.
The Drink
We offer an affordable wine list, espresso drinks, craft beer, and a small section of cocktails and Italian spirits.

Experience Dio Mio at home with our exclusive monthly Pasta Club! Each month, Chef Peter McTiernan will curate different handmade, fresh pasta kits, which come with everything you need to prepare your own Dio Mio dish, including sauces, garnishes, simple cooking instructions, as well as a fresh salad and our famous focaccia.
